MEET CO OWNER RUSTY BEARDEN
Our background here at Absolute Pest Solutions is unique and something we pride ourselves on. The Co-Owners met and worked together for 4 years as state licensed Home Inspectors before deciding to branch out into pest control. We wanted to build upon our current skill sets and bring about new ways to serve the Oklahoma City area.

Rusty Bearden is a native of Altus Oklahoma. He grew up helping his dad build houses and farming before going off to college to play baseball. He has a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and has a background in running a large factory out in North Carolina as well as being a home inspector here in Oklahoma for the last 10 years. He has been married to his wife Kayla since 2001. They currently live in Edmond and have a young pitbull named Pete.
MEET CO OWNER JARED BAIER
Jared Baier is a native of Andover Kansas. He starting working at the age of 14 and had reached management positions at two different jobs by the time he graduated high school. He went on to get a Bachelors degree in History and commissioned into the United States Army as a 2nd Lieutenant in 2012.
He became a home inspector in 2019 where he met Rusty. He now lives in Piedmont Oklahoma with his wife Kayla and their two cats Pierce and Poppy.
